To celebrate Martin’s 21’st birthday, we stayed in Las Vegas for 3 days and 2 nights. We met people from all around the world, ate wonderful food, gambled, experienced thrill rides and witnessed stunning performances. Overall, I had an awesome time.

Thanks to those who made it fun. I promise to recompensate for anything I’ve ruined in some shape or form. I’d especially like to thank Martin for helping me plan and pay for the food fight, and for Isabelle for being such a good sport. Hope you had fun!

Thanks to Bay Area Skydiving, and all our friends that came to support us. Despite my nauseous look during the freefall (due to difficulty breathing with my mouth open), I had a blast!

As we were suiting up, I told my instructor (Ego Mike) that I was terrified of heights but he comforted me (almost) the whole way through. Once we hit 11,000 feet, he asked:

“Do you know what’s the hardest part of skydiving?”
“What?”
“The ground”
“…god dammit…”
